⚠️ Important Safety Warning

DO NOT use an impact driver or hammer drill.
This will damage the gearbox and jack and void your warranty. Use a standard cordless drill only.

🔧 Installation Instructions

1. Raise the jack fully until it stops.

2. Clean the jack shaft and apply the included yellow/red “STOP” sticker just below the top section.

• This sticker acts as a visual warning when you're near full extension.

3. Lower the jack until it covers the sticker.

4. Remove the jack handle.

5. Slide the Trailer GearBox over the jack shaft.

• You may need to file off paint or burrs for a clean fit.

6. Secure with the original bolt or the included quick pin.

⚙️ Operation

1. Attach a 3/4" socket to your cordless drill using the included adapter.

2. Insert the drill onto the gearbox input shaft.

3. Use drill to raise/lower your trailer:

• Use the drill clutch set just high enough to lift the trailer without slipping.
• Watch the sticker:
• Yellow = Caution
• Red = Stop — you’re at full extension.

Two-Speed Gearboxes Only:

• Use Light Load (High Speed) mode only for:
• Raising or lowering jack legs with no weight on the trailer.
• Once weight is applied to the landing gear, switch to Heavy Load (Low Speed) for safe lifting.

4. Use support blocks (e.g., 2×6 wood) under the jack to reduce lift distance and distribute weight on soft ground.

5. Always chock the wheels before uncoupling.

🛠 Maintenance

• Grease internal gears every 6 months with heavy use, or yearly with light use:

1. Remove the 4 case bolts.
2. Open the housing.
3. Apply high-quality grease to the gears.
4. Reassemble.
