WARNING

DO NOT use with a hammer drill or impact gun.

* Use with a cordless hand drill ONLY.

* DO NOT bottom out the trailer jack with the gear box.

* Remove the crank handle from the trailer before use, even if used on the other side of the jack.

* Try and use some clutch settings on your drill to prevent damage if you bottom it out. Sometimes the torque required does not allow you to use the clutch, such as, lifting heavy loads.

*Remember to change your drill to low speed when lifting a heavy load, to ease the load of your drill.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.

If you are local or just in our area the TrailerGearBox store front is a great way to meet some of the staff, see what we’re about and pick up some gear. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Tactical Machining is not responsible for any typographical errors in pricing and in the event of a typographical error the money paid towards the product will be refunded and the customer contacted. Promotions are subject to change regardless of the dates posted on the promotion. We are responsible for making sure that we can fulfill our end of the bargain and reserve the right to cancel promotions at any time. In the event of a promotion being canceled no rain checks will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

It is our goal to ship all orders within 24 hours; however, in the case of heightened sales activity, like the holiday season and/or market fluctuation, orders may take 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund or credit on the item.

Any order placed on our website that is over $500 USD will require a signature when being delivered. However, all orders on stripped lower receivers will require a direct signature when being delivered to your selected FFL dealer. Stripped lower receivers will be shipped via FedEx or UPS only.

Warranty

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

If a product states that it comes with a limited lifetime warranty and fails to preform due to defects in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our option. This warranty is extended only to the original end0user purchaser of the product. If a replacement unit is not available a current version of the unit, new or rebuilt, at our option, will be exchanged instead.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

Less Than Limited Lifetime Warranty

If a product states that is has a warranty of less than limited lifetime, the same terms as the lifetime apply but only for the length of time stated. Example: A “One year warranty” gives the same protection of a lifetime warranty but limited to one year from the date of shipping.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 

SOME STATEs AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized attachments. Abuse includes the use of “Impact Guns”, “Impact Wrenches”, “Hammer Drills”, “Nut Drivers”, or devices that use shock or impact to turn the gearbox.

This warranty do not cover the loss of Locking Pins For the Trailer Safe Lock 


Trailer Gearbox Gift Card Policy

Issuance & Delivery

  • Gift cards are issued in U.S. dollars and delivered digitally by email with a unique redemption code.
  • No physical card will be shipped.

Redemption

  • Gift cards can be redeemed for any product available at TrailerGearbox.com.
  • To redeem, enter the unique code at checkout.
  • Multiple gift cards may be applied to a single order.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).

Expiration & Fees

  • Trailer Gearbox gift cards do not expire.
  • No activation, service, or inactivity fees apply.

Refunds & Returns

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Orders purchased with a gift card and later returned will be refunded back to the original gift card code.

Balance Inquiry

  • You can check your balance by entering the gift card code at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Please treat gift cards like cash.
  • Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Damaged Items

In regards to claims dealing with damaged or blemished products we ask that you please go to the Contact Us page and email us for review within 72 hours upon receiving the shipment.
